Please make a note of your sign up date (today) as that is the day of the month when your next payment will go through next month.

For example, if today is 11-15-11, every payment will go through on the 15th (or about every 30 days).  If you wish to discontinue the program, or pause it, please email me 2 business days ahead of time so I can do that for you.

Next please fill out the forms we email to you. Both you are your partner need to complete each form, unless you are a single hot mamma. This will take you at least 15 minutes. Please allow yourself enough time to do it carefully.

One is a consent to treat form, and the other is your health intake. Lastly, we will share a food log for you to fill out for one week. Yes, it’s work, but it’s valuable information! Once we have these, we can have our first appointment together.

You can schedule that appointment here, and it will be by phone. We’ll call you at the number you’ve given us. You can schedule about a week from today.  You’ll want to schedule a “pregnancy success session.”

After that, you can continue to have phone appointments, or you can choose to have live appointments. Please schedule live appointments here, or call us at 503 517 8222. You’ll want to schedule a “pregnancy success session.” Please note that if you need a coveted evening appointment, you’ll have to schedule ahead of time. You can schedule your second appointment 2-3 weeks from today.
